Full Utilization - Zero Waste

We use the nose to tail approach in all our production. This means we don't let any part of the fish go to waste. We have found a home for heads, bones, skin and everything else.

Vertical Integration

We are one company. We have control over the fishing, farming, production and the distribution. This means no middlemen or exchanging hands, just producer and consumer.
